Since our launch in 2003, we've used our extensive experience in the corporate employee benefits functions for best-in-class companies to clearly understand what clients need and want.
Our corporate benefits and HR experience spans more than 40 years. We've been employed by a number of small and large corporations and have functioned at the very highest levels of the discipline.
We create tailored program strategies and plan designs using best-practice know-how and innovation. We are also licensed health, life, and accident producers in Pennsylvania and across the United States.
In our corporate life, we were the client; as such, we recognize and understand that meeting our client's needs, building relationships, and forging trusting partnerships is the best recipe for mutual success. As was the case when we started in 2003, when we're fortunate enough to be awarded a project, we always strive to achieve the highest level of client satisfaction, and nothing is more important than that.

Marianne Deska
Marianne Deska has over 35 years of experience in the Employees Benefits field in both corporate Employee Benefits and various consulting roles. Her main focus today is designing, implementing, and administering voluntary benefits plans as well as providing consulting services in the selection and implementation of Employee Benefits Vendors and Retiree Exchange Vendors. She also manages benefits communications and wellness programs for clients and provides consulting services on-site if needed.
